Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and prospect new business leads through cold calling, networking, and lead generation tools.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements while ensuring profitability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide feedback to the management team.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and detailed reports on sales pipeline activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales-oriented role, preferably in the B2B sector.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and client retention strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and thrive in a performance-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet business objectives.
