Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the competitive event management sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Prepare compelling sales proposals, contracts, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Attend industry networking events and trade shows to promote the company brand and generate leads.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine customer-centric approach.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Basic understanding of sales principles, negotiation tactics, and market dynamics.
