Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and cold outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs and pain points
- Collaborate with marketing teams to generate qualified leads
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts using CRM systems
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify market advantages
- Train junior team members on sales methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in FMCG or retail
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Valid Malaysian driving license with clean record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
