Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation within the Rizal area.
- Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, emphasizing the value of our power solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring a high conversion rate and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide accurate quotes and customized energy solutions for industrial and residential needs.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM to track interactions, sales progress, and follow-up activities.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, seminars, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the power, electrical, or industrial equipment sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to work in Taytay, Rizal, and travel to client sites as required.
- Possession of a valid driver's license is a significant advantage.
