Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and generate new business leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and attending industry trade shows.
- Conduct comprehensive product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the technical capabilities and benefits of our machinery.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and market trends within the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to provide tailored solutions that meet specific client requirements.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Perform market research to identify new opportunities and competitor activities within the machinery sector.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the construction machinery or industrial equipment sector.
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings and site visits.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
