Are you a high-energy sales professional with a passion for hospitality and travel? Brio de Agoho Club Resorts Inc is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in North Fairview. In this role, you will be the face of our premium resort experiences, playing a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and ensuring our guests receive exceptional service from their very first inquiry.

We are looking for a charismatic communicator who excels at building rapport and turning potential leads into long-term loyal clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for closing deals, we want to hear from you. You will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and ensuring our bookings remain at peak capacity.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead follow-ups.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to final booking and client onboarding.
  • Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing corporate and individual clients.
  • Provide detailed information regarding resort amenities, packages, and custom event offerings to potential guests.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct site inspections and presentations to potential clients or event organizers.
  • Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure client requirements are met seamlessly.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality, hotel, or resort industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software tools.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Must be highly motivated, goal-oriented, and organized with a customer-centric mindset.
