Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively generate and manage a pipeline of sales leads to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the Medan area.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Present product or service features, benefits, and demonstrations to potential clients to drive conversions.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals to secure contracts.
- Analyze sales data to track performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimal results.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on promotional activities and campaign strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the relevant industry or region.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and confident tone.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a strong drive to achieve 2x salary incentives.
