- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Present product solutions tailored to customer needs while maintaining brand standards
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and materials
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize sales performance
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of Bogor market and regional business landscape
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English proficiency
