Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify potential leads to generate a robust sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to business development.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Valid driver’s license (may be required for field visits).
