Tanggung Jawab
- Present, promote, and sell GST Fine Foods products and services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships with chefs, procurement managers, and business owners.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and face-to-face visits within the assigned territory.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and provide status reports to management.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices, food safety standards, and promotional trends in the fine foods industry.
Kualifikasi
- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales-driven role within the FMCG or Food & Beverage industry.
- Possess a strong understanding of food handling and safety protocols.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Selangor region.
