Tanggung Jawab
- Build and maintain strong relationships with UMKM clients through regular consultations and needs assessments
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking events
- Present and demonstrate Majoo's technology solutions to potential clients
- Develop customized proposals addressing specific business pain points
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain competitive advantage
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of Indonesian UMKM landscape and digital transformation trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and verbal)
