- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic project pipelines
- Drive sales conversions through effective negotiation and solution-based selling
- Ensure accurate cost calculations and quotation preparation for projects
- Implement client retention strategies to foster long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate project execution and delivery
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of B2B sales experience in construction, interior design, or materials industry
- Strong numerical aptitude with ability to perform cost calculations and pricing analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Valid Singapore work permit or citizenship required
