This role requires a proactive approach to sales cycles, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients in the Calabarzon region. In this position, you will act as the face of our company, demonstrating our products or services to potential clients and customizing solutions to meet their needs. You will manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and cold calling to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct product demonstrations and persuasive sales presentations to highlight key features and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and secure revenue for the company.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident and persuasive demeanor.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated track record of meeting targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Batangas area.
