Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Present product demonstrations and technical specifications to potential customers
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals aligned with client needs
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted sales campaigns
- Track sales performance metrics and maintain accurate CRM records
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in water pumps or industrial equipment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license with willingness for regional travel
