Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential leads in the Bali real estate sector.
- Present and sell property listings to prospective clients, including villa rentals, vacation homes, and long-term investments.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Negotiate terms of sale and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Manage and update client relationship management (CRM) systems accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or luxury goods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Indonesian is a plus).
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- Familiarity with the local geography and culture of Bali is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
