Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategies for the Local Pageant Partnership Program (LPPP) nationwide
- Build and maintain relationships with local pageant organizations and event coordinators
- Promote Bragais footwear products to partners and ensure brand visibility at events
- Monitor program performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
- Coordinate with marketing teams to align partnership activities with brand campaigns
- Identify new partnership opportunities and expansion markets
- Manage budgets and resources allocated to partnership initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales or partnership management experience
- Proven track record in developing business relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Knowledge of the fashion/footwear industry preferred
- Ability to travel domestically for partnership events
- Results-driven mindset with sales target experience
