Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic networking and market analysis
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term partnerships
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs and close sales deals
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective pipeline management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends and competitive insights
- Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics to leadership
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in B2B/B2C sales with proven track record
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in teams
- Valid Malaysian driver's license (for client visits)
