As a key player in our growth strategy, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and fostering long-term relationships with existing clients in the metal industry. Your role will involve conducting market research to identify potential leads, presenting product solutions to prospective customers, and negotiating contracts to close deals. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any inquiries promptly.   • Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.

  • Prepare accurate sales quotations, contracts, and proposals in a timely and professional manner.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to secure favorable agreements and close deals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal production and logistics teams to ensure seamless customer delivery and satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the metal or manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, CRM software, and sales reporting tools.
  • Valid Singaporean driver’s license and own transport (required for site visits in Tuas).
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet strict deadlines.
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
