Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase Vania Interior Furnishings' range of products, ensuring clients understand the value proposition.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and loyalty.
- Negotiate terms of sale and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer needs, market feedback, and product performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the interior design, furniture, or home decor industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
- A strong aesthetic sense and knowledge of interior design trends is highly preferred.
