Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase Vania Interior Furnishings' range of products, ensuring clients understand the value proposition.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Negotiate terms of sale and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer needs, market feedback, and product performance.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the interior design, furniture, or home decor industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
  • A strong aesthetic sense and knowledge of interior design trends is highly preferred.
