- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for multi-metal products (nickel, copper, aluminum, tin)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients across Indonesia
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and client needs
- Present customized solutions aligned with client operational requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance forecasts
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of sales experience in metals, mining, or industrial sectors
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Deep understanding of Indonesian metal markets
- Ability to analyze technical client requirements
- Results-driven with excellent problem-solving abilities
