Tanggung Jawab
- Acquire and activate new merchants through direct sales of GoPay products
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to achieve monthly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective merchants
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends
- Provide comprehensive product training and support to merchant partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes
- Track and report sales performance using CRM systems
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in direct sales or merchant acquisition
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven mindset with track record of meeting KPIs
- Familiarity with fintech or payment systems preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Validated experience in B2B sales cycles
