Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new business leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the company CRM.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market competition, and product knowledge to provide expert consultation.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a Sales Executive or similar business development role.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM software/tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle (highly preferred for field activities).
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
