Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and prospecting
- Present and demonstrate lighting products to potential clients across residential and commercial sectors
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Achieve monthly sales targets by developing effective sales strategies and action plans
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide customized lighting solutions
- Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accurate customer relationship data
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in B2B or B2C environments
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with track record of meeting targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Valid Malaysian driver's license for client site visits
- Knowledge of lighting products or electrical industry is advantageous
