Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet/exceed revenue targets in assigned territory
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with pet stores, veterinary clinics, and distributors
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive opportunities
- Present product demonstrations and educational sessions to key stakeholders
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts using CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing team on promotional campaigns and product launches
- Negotiate contracts and maintain optimal inventory levels for distribution partners
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in FMCG, pet care, or retail industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite
- Valid driver's license with willingness for local travel
- Knowledge of Cavite/Calabarzon market preferred
- Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities
