Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/yearly revenue targets
- Identify and cultivate relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers
- Prepare compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts for group bookings and events
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitive trends
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and collateral materials
- Maintain accurate client records and sales data in CRM systems
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analytics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in hotel/corporate travel industry
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with track record of meeting targets
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
