As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of our company, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and ensuring our clients receive top-tier service. Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for prospective customers.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market competition, and offshore technical requirements.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales-driven environment or customer-facing role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu (proficiency in other languages is a plus).
  • Highly motivated, resilient, and target-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and own transport for client visits.
