Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market competition, and offshore technical requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales-driven environment or customer-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu (proficiency in other languages is a plus).
- Highly motivated, resilient, and target-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own transport for client visits.
