Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities within the construction and industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Conduct market research to analyze competitor activities and identify emerging trends in the concrete batching industry.
- Prepare and present professional sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and sales meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction, manufacturing, or industrial materials industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A self-motivated attitude with a strong drive to achieve personal and team goals.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
