Are you a dynamic sales professional passionate about the F&B industry? Resource Food Supplies is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in the Shah Alam/Subang area. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our market presence and ensuring our high-quality food products reach our diverse portfolio of clients.

You will be responsible for managing existing accounts while aggressively pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers in the F&B sector.
  • Identify and pursue new sales leads to expand the customer base in the Shah Alam and Subang regions.
  • Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns efficiently to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the food distribution or FMCG industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and own transportation for client visits.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Strong familiarity with the local market landscape in Selangor.
