Tanggung Jawab
- Acquire and onboard new merchants through direct sales of GoPay products
- Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed monthly activation targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchant partners
- Conduct market research to identify high-potential business opportunities
- Present GoPay solutions effectively to diverse merchant segments
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with commercial terms
- Provide regular sales performance reports to management
- Stay updated on fintech trends and competitive landscape
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years sales experience (fintech/e-commerce preferred)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
