Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary point of contact between Nipro Medical Philippines Corporation and healthcare clients in General Santos City and surrounding areas
- Present and demonstrate medical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and hospital administrators
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective client engagement and product promotion
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales management team
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and product availability
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and work independently in a competitive market
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain complex medical products clearly
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to travel within General Santos City and surrounding areas as needed
- Knowledge of the local healthcare market and key stakeholders in South Cotabato is an advantage
