Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Proactively prospect, qualify, and convert leads through various channels.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasting to management.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction to foster long-term business partnerships.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client onboarding.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in sales or business development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of energy and the ability to work independently.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transport for local travel.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a target-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software.
