Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the Bandung area and surrounding regions.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct professional product presentations and negotiations with prospective customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new market potential.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
- Coordinate with internal logistics and operational teams to ensure seamless product delivery and service.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Sales, preferably within the Retail or Consumer Goods industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed challenging sales targets.
- Strong self-motivation and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and basic CRM tools.
- Reside in or willing to work full-time in Bandung.
- Possess a valid driver's license and have access to a personal vehicle.
