Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and targeted outreach
- Present and demonstrate Cartrack's fleet technology solutions to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
- Prepare compelling sales proposals and conduct product demonstrations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Generate regular sales reports and forecast performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B technology sector
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Knowledge of fleet management industry considered advantageous
