Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities within the Jakarta Raya area.
- Promote and sell BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan products to individuals and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and agreements to close deals effectively.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
- Track sales activities and report progress to the Sales Manager regularly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communication.
- Proven experience in sales, with a preference for candidates having knowledge of insurance or telecommunications.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.
