Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients to generate new business opportunities in the IT hardware and software market.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to effectively showcase Pctech's computer systems and tailored IT solutions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals while maximizing profitability.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates and foster repeat business.
- Collaborate closely with the technical support team to provide clients with the most appropriate and effective solutions.
- Keep abreast of the latest market trends, competitor activities, and product innovations to stay ahead of the curve.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the IT or computer hardware industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and influence clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
