Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of Flex Precision Manufacturingâs solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals within the agreed-upon timelines.
- Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the manufacturing or engineering sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a competitive market.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Valid driverâs license is an advantage.
