Tanggung Jawab
- Generate high-quality sales leads and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers.
- Present product demonstrations and provide accurate quotations to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms of sales and close deals effectively to maximize profit.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on sales strategies and promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
