Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets for heavy equipment, trucks, and tires
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical solutions to client needs
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted promotional campaigns
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales records in CRM system
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in heavy equipment, automotive, or industrial products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of heavy machinery, truck, and tire specifications
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Indonesian driver's license
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
