Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify, approach, and convert potential customers to grow our market share.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly individual sales targets.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, activity logs, and revenue forecasts for management.
- Participate in market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally to ensure client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- High level of integrity, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software usage.
- Possession of a valid driving license (SIM A/C) and own transportation is preferred.
