Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Proactively identify and acquire new retail partners and store locations within the designated territory.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor market trends, competitor activity, and store performance.
- Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the management team.
- Educate business owners on the value proposition of Getstok's platform and services.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to optimize territory coverage.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma/Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, field marketing, or retail acquisition is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
- Resilient, highly motivated, and target-driven mindset.
- Own a valid driver's license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
- Deep familiarity with the Jawa Tengah territory and local business landscape.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in using mobile applications and CRM tools.
