As a Sales Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients. You will manage incoming Requests for Quotation (RFQs), prepare precise commercial proposals, and ensure seamless communication throughout the procurement process. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process incoming Requests for Quotation (RFQs) promptly and accurately.
- Prepare comprehensive sales quotations ensuring alignment with client requirements and company pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Proactively follow up with prospective clients to convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and update customer relationship management records daily.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Conduct professional follow-ups to gather feedback and improve service delivery standards.
- Participate in sales meetings to report on progress and identify new market opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, Diploma, or equivalent professional certification.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or administrative role.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal, for effective professional communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple quotations concurrently.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail regarding pricing and terms.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or trading environment is a distinct advantage.
