Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic networking and market analysis
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Present and sell company products/services to potential clients across diverse industries
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted sales campaigns
- Track sales performance and generate regular reports for management review
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in B2B or B2C environments
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet targets
- Valid driver's license with willingness for occasional travel
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
