- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the hospitality sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and individual customers
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management review
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote hotel services
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications

- Fluency in both Indonesian and English languages
