Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials
- Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate customer records
- Stay updated on industry developments and product knowledge to provide accurate information
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record in sales with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical abilities to assess market opportunities and customer needs
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
