Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct canvassing activities to identify potential customers for loan products
- Generate and qualify leads for cash loans secured by BPKB of motorcycles, electronics, and furniture
- Follow up with potential customers and provide information about loan products
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential customers
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs as set by the company
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in sales or marketing is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Basic knowledge of financial products and services
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM software
