Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets for A-Grade Sauce products.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and distributors in the Balakong area.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor stock levels, ensure product visibility, and gather customer feedback.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the region.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote product launches and execute promotional campaigns effectively.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and provide actionable insights on market trends to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG or food & beverage industry.
- Valid driver's license and own transportation are required for field work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
