Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct sales consultations with customers to recommend eyewear and optical products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Assist in store operations, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service and handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Stay updated on the latest optical trends and product features to educate customers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Result-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English (both written and verbal) is a plus.
