Are you a dynamic sales professional passionate about healthcare and traditional wellness? Fu Qing Chinese Medical Trading Pte Ltd is seeking an energetic and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team in Bukit Merah. As an established name in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) trading, we supply premium-quality proprietary Chinese medicines, herbs, and healthcare products to an extensive network of retail pharmacies, TCM clinics, and medical halls across Singapore.
In this role, you will be the vital link between our brand and our clients. You will drive business growth by performing dedicated, high-touch account servicing for our valuable existing customers while actively identifying and securing prospective B2B clients to expand our market share. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, including TCM clinics, medical halls, and retail pharmacies.
- Actively identify, cold-call, and secure new business opportunities and prospective B2B clients to expand the company's market footprint.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales pitches to prospective clients highlighting the value of our TCM and healthcare offerings.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and feedback from clients to identify new product demands and strategic growth areas.
- Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close sales deals to consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with internal logistics, inventory, and administrative teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality customer service.
- Collect and report on client feedback and sales performance metrics to management on a regular basis.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of Diploma or GCE 'A'/'O' levels in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related discipline.
- At least 1-2 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably within the TCM, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or healthcare industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong bilingual communication skills (English and Mandarin) to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking TCM clinic owners and practitioners.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing a fast-paced field sales routine.
- Familiarity with Bukit Merah or central Singapore distribution routes is an added advantage.
