- Meet and exceed personal sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
- Participate in visual merchandising to create an attractive shopping environment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
