Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Proactively identify and cultivate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and industry research.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and detailed reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales messaging and collateral.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements to ensure mutual profitability.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and influence others.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
- High level of proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
- Ability to travel locally within the Selangor/Klang Valley area as required.
- Resilient mindset with a proactive approach to overcoming sales objections.
